  • Do not use metal or plastic utensils for the preparation  as this will reduce the positive properties of the clay. It’s best to use ceramic, wood, or porcelain.
  • Apply the mask to your double chin and let it work for 15-20 minutes. Then remove with water.

To keep the skin elastic and avoid sagging, it is important to choose a good moisturizing lotion. You only need 2 ingredients for this recipe:

Wheat germ oil

This vegetable oil is excellent for the skin as it contains a large number of B group vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in vitamin E and therefore has a strong antioxidant effect. You can also use it to prevent signs of aging. 

In addition, this oil tightens the skin and lightly brightens it.

The second ingredient is lemon, which can be either fresh lemon juice or lemon essential oil.

Lemon  stimulates the blood circulation, dissolves fat deposits and also promotes the drainage of liquids stored in the tissue. 

At the same time the skin is toned. That is why the lemon is excellent for our purposes.

However, you are not allowed to go out in the sun afterwards, as this could result in unsightly skin spots. So it’s best to use this lotion in the evening when you don’t have to leave the house.

  • With a relaxed jaw, you stretch your tongue forward as far as possible, of course without hurting yourself. One notices how the base of the tongue is stretching.
  • Then bring your tongue back to the starting position, relax and take a calm breath. Then the exercise is repeated, a total of 14 times.
