Detoxification Cure The 3-day Diet

Regularly cleaning the inside of the body is just as important as having a daily shower, washing clothes or brushing your teeth. In addition, it is recommended to drink one glass of cold water after getting up on an empty stomach and another before going to bed.

Purification cure the 3-day diet

Every day, pollutants enter the organism through nutrition. Added to this are stress, pollution and everyday worries, so that a lot of negative things accumulate over the course of the day. In this article we introduce you to a  detox diet.

Why is a detoxification cure recommended?

Like the daily shower and personal hygiene, the organism should also be cleaned from the inside.

A detox helps eliminate toxins that are accumulated in the body through chemical substances, refined flours or sugars, fried foods, and animal foods (meat and dairy products).

Toxins

Sedentariness, pollution, stress, negative moods, worries, etc. also make cleaning necessary. These weaken our bodies and our general health over the years.

As a result, illnesses occur, we feel chipped, the skin appears pale, stomach pains and colds develop, as the immune system is weakened.

Most respond only as soon as warning signs appear, and then treatment is more difficult and sometimes even too late.

A strict vegan raw food diet would be ideal, but not everyone is ready for it. You don’t have to do without everything that you like, but you should gradually eat healthier and more and eat fast food less and less.

This will help you eliminate accumulated pollutants and improve your health and wellbeing.

How can we cleanse our organism?

Switch to organic products

There is sure to be an organic market nearby. The products offered there are a little more expensive, but the quality is much higher because these products are free from pesticides or fertilizers, hormones or other harmful substances.

If you have space, you can even grow your own vegetables.

drink lots of water

Water not only provides the body with the moisture it needs, it also facilitates the elimination of toxins in the urine. We therefore recommend at least 2 liters of water a day (8 glasses).

In summer and on hot days, during exercise or strenuous activities, you should then increase the amount. It is recommended to drink a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach and then in the evening before going to bed.

The consumption of water-rich fruits and vegetables, such as apples, watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, etc., fruit juices, teas (without sugar) and above all green tea is also very helpful here.

Increase your fiber intake

Fiber has the same effect as water; it also helps to break down toxins through the stool.

Fiber improves digestive functions, prevents constipation, and then helps the body clear out all the preservatives and pollutants that build up in the intestinal tract.

Oats, whole grain rice or pasta, seeds, grains and nuts are very rich in fiber.

Avoid alcohol and coffee

These very popular beverages often overwhelm the kidneys and liver and can also promote diseases such as diabetes and obesity.

A glass of red wine a day is enough to benefit from the advantages. The coffee should also be natural, and you should drink it in moderation.

Increase your intake of detoxifying foods

Lemon juice with water, beetroot, garlic (antibiotic) and dandelion as a tea or salad are among the most recommended foods.
