  • 800 g pineapple, cleaned and sliced
  • Juice of three lemons
  • some powdered clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 liters of water

preparation

  1. Puree the pineapple  with half a glass of water in a blender or with the hand blender.
  2. We mix the rest of the water with the lemon juice and the spices.
  3. Then we stir all the ingredients until there are no more pieces.
  4. Now we let the juice rest in the refrigerator for a few hours. 
  5. You can enjoy this refreshing juice after a meal, for example. Or, as already mentioned, serve as a cocktail at a party. It helps eliminate toxins and digest heavy foods. In addition, this juice can lower the cholesterol level.
